Warranty Policy
*A Superior Auto Parts Warranty & Return Policy*
Our warranty covers auto parts for 30 days from the date of delivery, protecting against damaged items or errors in shipping. Please note that this warranty applies solely to the parts themselves and does not cover any labor costs related to items purchased from A Superior Auto Parts.
*Damaged or Incorrect Parts:*
If you receive a damaged part, we will attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible and a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the item. If you place a new order before returning the original item, payment for the new part will be required upfront, and the refund for the original purchase will be processed once the returned item is received. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
*Return Process:*
When requesting a return, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Following the outlined return process is essential for a smooth experience.
*Restocking and Return Fees:*
A Superior Auto Parts reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and deduct shipping costs from refunds if the returned part does not meet the warranty conditions.
*Non-Eligible Returns:*
We are not responsible for items that are delivered and marked as “delivered” according to tracking information but are not accepted by the purchaser. Additionally, items purchased for testing purposes or those incorrectly ordered are not eligible for return. To avoid ordering the wrong part, we recommend consulting an experienced mechanic to confirm the correct part before placing your order.
*Returns Beyond 30 Days:*
Parts returned after the 30-day warranty period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. To be eligible for a return, the item must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
